Refund Policy For Trust Node Software License(s)
General Policy
ProsperLink is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our services. Due to the nature of our offerings, we enforce a strict no-refund policy, except as specified below:
- Users are entitled to a three-day right of rescission, which allows cancellation of their purchase within three business days for a full refund, in accordance with applicable laws.
- Beyond this period, refunds will only be granted in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of ProsperLink. Users requesting exceptions must present a compelling justification for consideration.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Three-Day Right of Rescission: Users may cancel their purchase within three business days for a full refund.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were mistakenly charged multiple times for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charges.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Information: Include your account details, transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: If you request a refund after the three-day rescission period due to a change of mind.
- Violation of Terms: If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our terms and conditions.
- Partial Use: If you have used any part of the service but decide not to continue.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellation Policy for ProsperLink
Termination
ProsperLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Trust Node immediately and without notice under the following circumstances:
- Security Risk: If ProsperLink determines that the User’s actions pose a risk to the security of ProsperLink, its infrastructure, or any third party.
- Fraud or Breach: If the User engages in fraudulent activities or breaches any terms and conditions.
- Payment Disputes: If the User initiates a chargeback or dispute related to any payment or purchase of services.
- Insolvency: If the User ceases operations, assigns assets to creditors, or becomes subject to bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar legal proceedings.
ProsperLink also reserves the right to cancel a User’s account if they appear on any trade embargoes or economic sanctions lists, including:
- The United Nations Security Council Sanctions List,
- The Specially Designated Nationals List maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury,
The Denied Persons or Entity List of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
